At some point, Cohost may be served with a subpoena for user data, and ordered not to disclose that this occurred. In order to provide transparency for its users, regular-but-not-automated updates (e.g. monthly financial report or weekly patch notes) should inform users that no such subpoena has been served and fulfilled, until that becomes no longer true.
