cohost support

Hello!

I'll be posting quite a bit of math stuff, so LaTeX support in posts and comments would be very helpful. For instance, GitHub supports embedded LaTeX in Markdown. For rendering LaTeX GitHub uses Mathjax, but I've heard good things about KaTeX as well.
