I would find it helpful if the little post button on the draft page had a form of confirmation.
Since it's next to the edit button, I've accidentally posted a few things when intending to edit.

Glad this exists already; considering there is no take-backsies on accidentally uploading a draft, it's pretty surprising that there isn't a final confirmation before publishing :<
